Your report stays with you

Answers and aggregate figures are processed in your browser tab. This app sends no form data to a server, has no visitor analytics scripts and does not save your answers in browser storage. Closing or clearing the tab removes the in-memory report. Downloads remain on your device until you delete them.

The hosting provider receives ordinary page requests, including network information such as IP addresses. This is not a promise of anonymity. Your browser, device and download folder remain under your control.

If you contact us

The email link opens your email application. Nothing is sent automatically. A message you send is processed by email providers and DC Health Check LLC to respond to your inquiry. Do not send account credentials, explicit content, subscriber data, banking information or identity documents. Start with an operational question and agree a secure transfer route before sharing redacted business records.

For paid work, retention and transfer arrangements are agreed in the written scope. Request deletion of inquiry information by email; records required for contractual or accounting purposes may need to be retained.
