Give the AI a job it can finish.

Start with a buyer, an output and a way to check it. Here is a small part of the workflow you can try today.

Before

“Start an AI business and get me clients.”

After

Outcome: One draft service offer I can personally deliver.
Buyer: [a specific kind of business]
Problem: [a problem I have evidence they face]
Input: [my actual skills, time and tools]
Deliverable: A one-page offer plus one clearly labeled fictional sample.
Checks: Every claim is supported; delivery is realistic; unknowns are marked.
Scope: Draft only. I will decide price, publication and customer commitments.
Finish: Save the result and state the next useful action.

A fictional worked example

Alex has two evening hours and can turn messy service information into clear FAQs. A fictional cleaning business supplies three facts: it serves Example Town, works weekdays 9–5 and accepts quote requests through its contact form.

The draft sample can answer where it works and how to request a quote. It cannot claim the business is insured, invent prices or write a cancellation policy. Those facts were never supplied.

Make the review useful

Give the work order, original facts and draft to the second assistant. Ask: “Which statements go beyond the supplied facts? Does this promise more than I can deliver? What must be checked before publication?” Keep the review separate from the draft so one writer makes the changes.

What the full kit adds

An eight-step written walkthrough, project instructions for Claude and ChatGPT, ownership and handoff templates, reusable prompts, the complete fictional example, launch checks, and decision/action/evidence trackers.
